前置准备：安装 Docker Prerequisite: Install Docker

建议系统内存 ≥ 8 GB Recommended system RAM ≥ 8 GB

前往 Docker Desktop 官网 下载 macOS 版安装包（Apple Silicon / Intel 按芯片选择） Download Docker Desktop for macOS (choose Apple Silicon or Intel)

双击 .dmg 文件，将 Docker 拖入「应用程序」文件夹 Open the .dmg file and drag Docker to Applications
